You agree, when using any of our products and services, that all Trademarks, Copyrights, and Patents owned by MailSPEC shall not modified, resold, altered, modified, or combined with other products or services.
MailSPEC Software contains proprietary technologies that have Copyrights, and Patent registrations. When you have purchased a License from MailSPEC you are afforded a License with terms and conditions. In all such Licenses, you are purchasing a usage right, which is limited, and revocable. In no case are you purchasing the software for any ownership rights, implied or not.

Welcome to Réunion, a mobile application provided by MailSPEC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Réunion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the app as you do not have a valid License and may violate our copyrights and patents.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Réunion, you signify your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all app users.
2. Use of the App

License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Réunion on any mobile device you own or control for access to a Licensed “Réunion Server” or “MailSPEC service”. If you do not have a License for the “Réunion Server” or “MailSPEC service” you should not use the app as you do not have a valid License and may violate our copyrights and patents.

Restrictions: You agree not to:

License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit Réunion.

Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of Réunion.

Access the app to build a similar or competitive service or product.

3. User Content

Content Ownership: You retain all rights to content you submit or display within Réunion ("User Content").

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must have all necessary rights to the content you post, ensuring it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
4. Intellectual Property

Réunion and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MailSPEC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The brands and Trademarks of Réunion, Pulse, EasyCrypt, ActiveAuth, MailTOKEN, and PassLink are owned by MailSPEC and must never be used outside the APP. See ADDENDUM I for the properties and their correct display.
5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Réunion immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Réunion is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Réunion.
8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within Réunion or on our website. Your continued use of the app, following the posting of changes, means you accept those changes.
9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
